Well, though / cook only Breakfast, still there are certain days that i do not feel like cooking that either. Following are my alternatives for those days.
Sandwiches (approximately 500 kcal)
2 slices wheat bread, Cheese slice, Tomato
2 slices wheat bread, Lettuce (Salad leaves), Tomato
Fish Bun (approximately 600 kcal)
In general i take only 400 kcal for breakfast. Therefore these days I cut down my food intake to maintain the Calorie total at the end of the day. So I have only one Cream Cracker as Snack.
