I am a Sri lankan and I need to have at least a single heavy meal everday. Which is preferably rice. But I am open for alternatives.
If its rice, i will eat only 1 cup of Brown Rice (kekulu). And I need gravy to eat. :)
So following are my menus.

Rice + Fish curry + Me Karal (Sri Lankan Beans)
