It is  again the 5th December, 2011.
I still weight 110 kg at the age of 30 with the height of 5' 6".


mt goal weight is 75 kg.
35 Kgs to lose!!!

What will I eat

6.00 am
  • Juice

8.00 am - BREAKFAST

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cup corn flakes
  • 2 cup of grain
  • 4 Brown bread, Vegetable,dressing

12.30 pm - LUNCH
  • Red rice, cooked vegetables, Fish

3.00 pm - GREEN TEA



6.00 pm SNACK
  • Apple
  • Yoghurt
  • Sandwich


8.00 pm - DINNER
  • Fruit Salad

What can I do to lose weight

Hmm, tough one! what ever I start doing should be something I can do for ever.


Food
  • Will start the say with a Fresh Fruit Juice as always. 
  • Will have regular tea form office
  •  Will be having home cooked food for Breakfast & Lunch. 
No matter what i will cook something. Also will make sure that the main dish is unrefined.So it will be; Brown Rice, Atta Flour, Red Rice Flour, Kurakkan Floor

    • Will have Green Tea in the evening, instead of regular tea.

    • Will prepare a snack to have on the way home, after work. 
    Will make something like, Sandwich from Brown bread, Some grain boiled, Yogurt, Banana

      Workout
      • Will exercise for more than 1.5 hours everyday.
      The exercises ican try are;
      0.5 hours Swimming / 0.5 hours Orbitrac / 0.5 hours Cardio / 0.5 hours walking / 0.5 hours steps

      Will follow the above routine on all working days!

      Here I go again! - Another trial

      Last Sunday I went on a company outing. I fell down while playing & twisted my knee. My husband said, "you know you are fat, either remember that and stay a side without playing, or try to lose some weight" It kind of echoed in my mind over an over again.

      So I am done being fat! Its time to change it.

      Yes, I know this it not first time me saying this. But I am going to make it the LAST TIME!!!

      I am 30 years old and 5 ' 6" tall. WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR EVER!!!

      Today is 17th November 2011 and my weight is 110 kg. 
      My Goal Weight is 75 kg.
      35 kg to lose!!!

      OLD STORY AGAIN

      This is embarrassing...
      Ever since I remember  I was the fat girl around. No lets make that the fattest. Sad but the truth.
      Since teenage all wanted me to loose weight. When ever some a relation sees me the same discussion comes up. I was fed up.

      Then after college i really did lose weight. I was down to 79.5kg! Era i will never forget. I was so happy, all were talking about me. That is when I met my soul mate, Amila too. Still i could not maintain it for a long. Sooner I was 100+ again.


      Seriously I am still trying to figure out what I did to lose like that. Well since it was after college & before University I was kind of full time at home. I did go for an Aerobics class kind of regularly, also my mom was used to get me a big glass of water to the bed. Other than that I do not remember anything unusual happening.

      Somehow today I am 30+ years old weight  100+ kg.
