Hmm, tough one! what ever I start doing should be something I can do for ever.
Food
- Will start the say with a Fresh Fruit Juice as always.
- Will have regular tea form office
- Will be having home cooked food for Breakfast & Lunch.
No matter what i will cook something. Also will make sure that the main dish is unrefined.So it will be; Brown Rice, Atta Flour, Red Rice Flour, Kurakkan Floor
- Will have Green Tea in the evening, instead of regular tea.
- Will prepare a snack to have on the way home, after work.
Will make something like, Sandwich from Brown bread, Some grain boiled, Yogurt, Banana
Workout
- Will exercise for more than 1.5 hours everyday.
The exercises ican try are;
0.5 hours Swimming / 0.5 hours Orbitrac / 0.5 hours Cardio / 0.5 hours walking / 0.5 hours steps
Will follow the above routine on all working days!
