8.00 am - BREAKFAST
1 cup oats
2 cup corn flakes
2 cup of grain
4 Brown bread, Vegetable,dressing
12.30 pm - LUNCH
Red rice, cooked vegetables, Fish
3.00 pm - GREEN TEA
6.00 pm SNACK
Apple
Yoghurt
Sandwich
8.00 pm - DINNER
Fruit Salad
