What will I eat

6.00 am
  • Juice

8.00 am - BREAKFAST

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cup corn flakes
  • 2 cup of grain
  • 4 Brown bread, Vegetable,dressing

12.30 pm - LUNCH
  • Red rice, cooked vegetables, Fish

3.00 pm - GREEN TEA



6.00 pm SNACK
  • Apple
  • Yoghurt
  • Sandwich


8.00 pm - DINNER
  • Fruit Salad
