My Diet Plan


So this is my diet plan to reduce weight. I should have an exercise plan as well, but have not figured that out yet. :) I am controlling my daily calorie intake to 1000-1200 kcal.

Morning
05.30 1 Glass of water
06.00 Fruit Juice (75 kcal)
07.00 Breakfast (400 kcal)
10.00 Snack- 2 Cream crackers (200 kcal)
12.00 1 Green apple (100 kcal)

Evening
02.30 Snack- 2 Cream crackers (200 kcal)
05.00 1 plain Yogurt (150 kcal)
07.30 Dinner (100 kcal)

And lots and lots of water  all day long.

What do you think? Will it be possible? And yes, breakfast is my only heavy meal. 
Anyway I will do this for 1 week.
